Collection tip — Bloods are best collected in the morning, ideally between 7am and 9am and before 10am. Hormone levels (particularly testosterone and cortisol) peak in the morning and decline throughout the day. For metabolic markers, aim to fast for 8–10 hours prior to collection.
Panels are tailored by your doctor based on your program and clinical history. Additional markers may be requested where clinically indicated.
