We arrange your pathology referral through the portal. Attend any of 4,000+ accredited collection centres across Australia, with no appointment required at most locations. Hormone panels require a fasted morning draw. Results are returned directly to your portal within 48 hours.
Telehealth consultation
Your AHPRA-registered doctor reviews your blood results and intake, takes a full clinical history, and builds your personalised protocol. This is a thorough medical consultation, not a prescription call. Video or phone, booked through your portal.

Your prescription is issued via our ePrescribing system and coordinated through our TGA-compliant pharmacy partner. Medication is compounded and dispatched directly to your door. 3-monthly reviews (blood panel, consultation, script renewal) are built into your portal and required by AHPRA and TGA guidelines.
